Standing on the historic grounds of Hitchin Priory, I felt the electric energy of the crowd as the classic beats of De La Soul filled the air. My focus was split between absorbing the moment and capturing its essence on paper. My hand worked to document the silhouettes of Posdnuos and Maseo against the stage lights, the rhythm of the audience swaying in unison, and the distinct, joyful atmosphere that permeated the entire venue. Each line I drew was a direct response to the music, a visual note of the laughter, the dancing, and the pure, soulful connection we all shared that evening. I wasn't just drawing a concert; I was creating a tangible memory of an unforgettable night.
